Pear and Vanilla Smoothie
This is a no-banana smoothie, which I know is something loads of you have been requesting! It's taken me some time to make a banana free smoothie that I adore, yet this one is such a champ and I think you'll all adoration it as well.
INGREDIENTS:
1 pear
2/3 of a mug of almond milk (200ml)
a big handful of spinach
a handful of oats
1 tablespoon of almond butter
1/2 a teaspoon of vanilla powder
METHOD:
Slice the pear into pieces, discarding the core. Then place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy – you may need to put it onto it’s highest speed to fully blend the oats.
